"I just wanted to take the time to tell you about the experience I had with your bank. My company moved me from Omaha, NE to Fort Worth, TX. The process of finding a home suitable was an arduous one, taking many months and many failed contracts. One constant in making the job manageable during this time, was your Sr. Loan Officer Dean Oley. From first contact Dean was professional, kind, and steadfast in his resolve to service my loan. I was in one contract and backed out when I became uncomfortable with the home size and expenses. Dean was right there to stop the process and look forward to the next house. During the house hunt my company sent me out of the country for three weeks and Dean never missed a beat. He transitioned to the international phone to contact me, and kept me up to date on items that needed to be resolved. He would contact me in any media I required to keep information flowing. Personal and work email address, personal and multiple work phones. After getting back into the states I had one more chance to come to Texas to find a home, after inspections ruined the previous deals. I found my home and now had a very limited timeframe to get things to closing and still move in time for the new position in Texas. I burned through one real estate agent that gave up on me. Dean transitioned to keeping the new agent up to date on his end of things without missing a beat, supplying preapproval letters. Dean was on top of every issue and notified me immediately if underwriting needed additional support or documentation, or if something needed to be changed with the title company. He was the driving force that kept my purchase running smoothly and with no surprises.  This reduced the stress on my life considerably since I was flying in and out of the country, working in two different states and closing up a house up north. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate his efforts and his personal attention to detail. He went way above and beyond. He contacted me at night and on weekends. This was fantastic since his night was my day when I was out of the country. I used to think of bankers as “9 to 5”, but no more. His diligence enabled me to provide needed documents in a speedy manner when I had instant notification of what was needed.

I have told everyone I know the superior service that I received at BNC National Bank. Service like this is very rare in this day and age and I wanted to let you know what a valuable asset that you have in an employee such as Dean. I could use ten of him on my team, heck I would be happy with one, and my job would be a breeze. I intend to post rave reviews on Angies List, Local Reviews, and any other appropriate media that I can find. People love to say bad things, but fail to say the good experiences. You deserve to get the business and the people that come to you deserve to get Dean as an agent. They will be lucky they did!
