What is Mobile Deposit?

Mobile Deposit allows you to deposit checks from BNC’s Mobile App. Simply take a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check, and then submit it for deposit to your approved BNC National Bank checking, savings or money market account.  Mobile Deposit FAQs:

iPhone®, iPad® and Android™ devices are supported for Mobile Deposit.
To enroll in Mobile Deposit, simply contact BNC National Bank. Visit your branch, call 1-800-BNC-BANK (1-800-262-2265) or email us at eservices@bncbank.com.
Consumer: The maximum deposit limit is $2500 daily and $5000 monthly. There is no limit on the number of checks you can deposit per day or per month.

Business: The maximum deposit limit is $7500 daily and $15000 monthly. There is a limit of 5 checks deposited a day and no more than 20 checks per month.

You can deposit any check payable in U.S. dollars and drawn at any U.S. bank. These checks must be payable to, and endorsed by the account holder.

International checks, U.S. Savings Bonds, U.S. Postal Money Orders, remotely created checks, convenience checks, and cash are not eligible.
Checks must be payable to the account holder and endorsed by the account holder. Additionally, a restriction should be placed on the endorsement by printing these words directly underneath the endorsement: Mobile Deposit Only. Failure to properly endorse checks could result in termination of service.
BNC National Bank does not charge a fee for Mobile Deposit.
  • Consumer checking, savings and money market accounts are all eligible for Mobile Deposit. 
  • Business checking and money market accounts are all eligible for Mobile Deposit.
Funds deposited using Mobile Deposit will generally be made available the next business day from the day of deposit. However, the availability of funds may be delayed for a longer period of time under certain circumstances. Deposits received and accepted by 7:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day we are open is considered to be received that day. Deposits received after 7:00 p.m. Central Time will be received on the next business day.

All Mobile Deposits are subject to verification and will not be available for immediate withdrawal.
After submitting the check through Mobile Deposit, review your account history the next business day to verify the deposit. Once you have verified the deposit, you may destroy the original paper check. Checks should be destroyed within 14 days of making your deposit.
  • To review Mobile Deposits, simply open BNC’s Mobile App. Then, click Mobile Deposit and then Review Deposits.
