Primary responsibilities include administering the Commercial loan portfolio, including loan closings, renewals, documentation and review.
9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
Rotating Saturdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
To represent the bank to a customer in a courteous, professional manner and to provide prompt efficient cash and deposit transactions
This position requires a minimum of 06-24 months of mortgage lending experience. This position is responsible for completion of HMDA data input and government reporting as required. Assist in assuring that the company has a sound system of internal controls for an optimum level of compliance. This position will monitor, track, review and upload cancelled, and denied paperwork. This position requires above average organizational and critical thinking skills, as well as acute attention to detail. The candidate will learn and maintain an above average working knowledge of all loan types, documents, and investor guidelines. Must be proficient with computers with Basic to Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Encompass 360 experience preferred. Must demonstrate knowledge of the Industry in terms of laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Graham Leach Bliley Act.

BNC is a National Banking Association looking for a reliable, detail oriented and hard-working individual for a Shipping / Final Documents role in our Post Closing Department. We prefer but do not require at least two years of experience as a Processor, Shipper or similar position in the Residential Mortgage Industry. A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred
