In the event you have forgotten your Password you can reset it using the following process.  To begin, enter your WealthManager ID in the box at the right and click Login.  This will take you to your “BNC Login Watermark” page.  Please verify your personal watermark image and click on the Reset Password link.  Follow the instructions to reset your current Password back to your original - which was the last four digits of your Social Security Number or Tax ID.

PLEASE NOTE:  This option will only work if you have set up your Password Reset Question and Password Reset Answer in your Online Banking. To activate this follow the instructions below:

Instructions to activate your Password Self Reset

The Password Self Reset feature allows you to reset your Password in the event you cannot contact the bank for assistance. However, please remember this must first be activated by you, the user.
• Log in using your current WealthManager ID and Password.
• Click on the “My Options” tab at the top of the page.  
• Under the “Modify Personal Settings” heading find the Password Reset Question and Password Reset Answer boxes.  
• Type a question of your choice and the answer to this question and click “Submit”.
 
If you use this Reset Password feature in the future, you will be prompted to enter your WealthManager ID, confirm your email address we have on file, create a personalized 'Subject' line, and finally receive an email with a temporary link that when clicked will reset your current Password back to your original, which was the last four digits of your Social Security Number or Tax ID. You will then be prompted to create a new Password.



Change My Online Banking ID or Password

You can change your WealthManager Online Banking ID or Password at any time by logging into your online banking session and clicking on the “My Options” tab at the top of the page.  

Under the “Modify Login Information” tab can choose a new WealthManager ID and a new WealthManager Password and then click on “Submit”. Below you will find the new WealthManager ID and Password Specifications required as well as some links to test your Password strength.  

WealthManager ID must be between 4 and 20 characters, consist of 1 or more letters, numbers are allowed.  The following special characters are allowed: + _ % @ ! $ & * ~

WealthManager Password must be between 8 and 15 characters, Alpha-Numeric-Special: Numbers, letters, special characters are required. The following special characters are allowed: + _ % @ ! $ & * ~

We have changed our requirements to match the guidelines from the OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) and the FFIEC (Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council). Passwords are now required to be an Alpha/Number/Special Character combination. To make this more consistent simply change the Number or Special Character each time an update is required.

For example if you used is -  SUNSHINE*1 - then each time you have to change it you can just increase the Number by one or change the Special Character.
