Try the Message Center through Online Banking
Tired of making endless phone calls to the bank? BNC now gives you the ability to get your questions answered by using your WealthManager Online Banking. (Online Banking Specialist available Monday thru Friday 8 - 5 p.m. CST).
To access simply choose the "Message Center" option from the WealthManager Menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Click on "Send a Message"….
Send Secure Message - Be sure to fill in email address, name and subject and then type away! Once the "Submit" button is clicked the message will be received by our online banking specialist in seconds. An email will arrive to the email address that was provided when your question has been answered. It's that easy!
Once you receive the email notification just login to your WealthManager Online Banking to retrieve your response. You can go back and forth until the question or problem has been solved. What a time saver!
