Online Banking Definitions

PIN - (Personal Identification Number) - The PIN is used as a confidential code to log into Online Banking.  Each customer is assigned a PIN # that they are required to change during the first login process. The PIN # is alphanumeric.

ID Alias - a confidential yet more familiar name given to the account ID to use during the login process.  The ID alias would be used in place of the 12 digit ID given during the signup process.

Pseudo Account Name - a familiar name you can give your accounts to help you identify them in Online Banking.

Example
Account Name: WealthManager NOW
Pseudo Account Name: Sue's Checking

or

Account Name: Savings
Pseudo Account Name: Jason's Savings (son)

Payee - This is the name of the company or person to whom a check is written.

VIEWING ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

Available Balance - this is your balance that includes all your deposits and all your withdrawals that you can use.

Over the Counter - total of all the deposits and withdrawals that you have brought into the bank and presented to a teller during today's business.
