Online Banking ATM/Debit Card Card Options
What do you do when over the weekend a wallet was stolen or you misplaced your BNC Visa Check Card and the bank was not open to call? Now you can go online thru your WealthManager Online Banking and report your card lost or stolen in one easy click!
After logging into your online banking click on Options at the top and then click on ATM/Debit Card.
A screen will appear with all the accounts that have debit cards tied to them. Put a checkmark in the Lost/Stolen check box and click submit. The card has now been placed on alert and no one will be able to use it.
You can also Activate the card thru the ATM/Debit Card option in WealthManager Online Banking. This will allow activation of a card that has been issued but may have not arrived in the mail yet. Activating online will allow use of the Visa Check Card for purchases at grocery stores, gas stations, online purchases, etc. You will still need to receive your PIN mailer to use the cash withdrawal benefits of the card at your local ATM machine.
