A Relationship Manager will be assigned to your account.  Their goal is to provide all of your Lockbox, Banking, Cash Management and Image Deposit training needs.

Your Relationship Manager will review your coupons insuring readability and formatting.  They will monitor payment processing insuring that un-posted items are addressed as to their root cause and communicate those issues back to you for review.

We know you have a variety of banks to choose from when picking a Lockbox processor.  Our goal is to provide the best possible service in the industry.  To that end, there is no waiting on hold or leaving messages that never get returned.

Each Relationship Manager works within a team who is familiar with your business consequently, if your Relationship Manager is on the phone or out of the office, someone will be there to pick up your call and address whatever request you may have.
