Chief Information Officer
Location: Bismarck, ND Main Bank
Chief Information Officer Accountable for directing the information and data integrity of the enterprise and its departments and for all Information Technology functions of the enterprise. This includes all data centers, production scheduling functions, help desks, communication networks (voice and data), contract negotiation, computer program development, hardware and software maintenance and support contracts, software licensing and computer systems operations.
Position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all electronic and optical books and records of the enterprise. The CIO prepares and manages the annual IT plan and budget; reviews all computerized and manual systems; information processing equipment and software for acquisition, storage and retrieval; and defines the strategic direction of all information processing and communication systems and operations. Position provides overall management and definition of all computer and communication activities within the enterprise including responsibility for providing a leadership role in the day to day operations of the Information Technology functions as well as providing direction as the enterprise grows through internal growth and external acquisition.
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills; be able to effectively manage teams and work collaboratively and effectively with staff and peers. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science/Management preferred.

Position: Part time Personal Banker
Location: Bismarck North Branch, Bismarck ND
Hours: 11:00 to 6:00 Monday - Friday - Rotating
Saturdays
Major Functions: To provide professional delivery of all primary deposit and withdrawal services to clients at the Bank's locations, to include all teller functions and opening of new checking, savings, certificates of deposit, retirement and ODP accounts along with processing and approval of consumer loans, outside sales and business development. To ensure that applicable banking laws and regulations, along with bank policy and procedures are being followed.
Qualifications: New Account and Lending experience preferred 2 years banking and sales. College degree preferred, good communication skills and sales abilities.
