Qualifications:
Location: Ellendale, ND Branch.
Teller/new account experience
preferred. Must enjoy working with the public.
Major Function: To provide for the professional
delivery of all primary deposit and withdrawal services to
clients at the Bank's locations. This will include all
teller functions and referrals for additional bank products
and services for new and existing clients. To ensure that
applicable banking laws and regulations, along with bank
policy and procedures, are being followed.

Position: Regional Credit Officer / Assistant Chief Credit
Officer
Hours: Full Time - Exempt
Qualifications: Location: Minneapolis, MN or Phoenix, AZ
10+ years lending experience, including credit approval authority
Prior loan workout experience
Strong knowledge of lending policies, laws, and regulations
4 year college degree
Major Functions: To assist the Chief Credit Officer in managing the overall credit quality of the Bank and ensure consistent credit review procedures are being utilized at all bank locations. Regional Credit Officer will also have bank-wide loan approval authority up to a designated credit amount as established by the Chief Credit Officer and the Board of Directors. Secondary responsibilities will include ensuring that applicable banking laws and regulations, along with bank policy and procedures, are being consistently followed. Position reports to the Chief Credit Officer of BNC National Bank.
