Lockbox Services

Payments are mailed to your individually assigned Post Office Box where our bank employees sweep out all payments for that days processing.  All payments received that day are processed and deposited into their individual accounts.

All payments are processed utilizing our standardized coupon scan line designed to facilitate accurate processing.  The open format of the scan line allows a variety of property codes and account numbers to be used as well as enhancing the processing of payments received from Bill Pay providers.

Processed payment files are sent electronically via a secure website for downloading into you accounting software each evening.  Each payment file is formatted per your specifications along with a text file by Association for easy review.

A unique feature of our payment processing is the use of a validation file supplied from your accounting software.  A download of your customer base is received via our secure website daily or weekly.  This file is used to post all payments received without a coupon, increasing the number of payments posted, thus reducing payment handling on your part.
