Electronic Payment Processing & Website

We know you encourage your clients to sign-up for Surepay (ACH) allowing you to debit their account automatically each payment period.  Aside from that easy payment method, we have designed a payment website customized to withdraw payments via a client’s bank account, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club and American Express.  A flat convenience fee is charged for each transaction.  These payments are co-mingled with all of the Post Office Box payments received and posted the following business day.
